2. Enter your Email, Type of product, Priority, Subject.
3. Enter your issues on Description. To better assist your case, we need affected users email or account information and steps to reproduce the problem.

Once you’ve submitted a support case, you will automatically receive an email confirming your case. Then you can log in to the Customer Support Portal to view the status of your support case anytime.
